Page 25 of the Validation report states that the DOE validated the project to be first-of its kind based on documentation review, interviews, the local and sectoral expertise of the assessment team. However there is no further information on these documentation neither any references have been included in the Validation Report based on which the DOE has validated the project to be First-of-its-kind.The DOE is requested to provide detailed information on how it assessed the project to be first of its kind based on objective evidence.
