1: The PP/DOE are requested to describe in detail in the PDD the monitoring plan as per PS version 09.0 paragraphs 65, 112 and 113 including the sampling plan where applicable as per SS version 04.1 section 4.
The DOE is requested to provide further information on how it has validated the monitoring plan, in particular, how Net Export and Net Import from the grid will be monitored. In case of apportioning, how the apportioning is done.
2: The DOE is requested to describe how it has validated the suitability of the input values used in the financial calculations as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 129 (a) (b) (c).
