1: The PP/DOE are requested to describe that CDM was seriously considered in the decision to proceed with the project activity as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
Information is required on whether the project participant informed a host country DNA in writing of the commencement of the project activity and of their intention to seek CDM status in line with paragraph 2 of EB 62 Annex 13. The PDD only indicates that the project participant made presentation to DNA on 11/04/2011.
