Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE is requested to describe how it has validated the suitability of the input values used in the financial calculations as per VVS version 2 paragraphs 120 and 123 (a).
The DOE is required to provide further information on why the guidance from Tariff Order available in the country is not considered to calculate the long term tariff for the project activity allocated as Case I.

2: The DOE is requested to report details of all CARs, CLs and FARs as per VVS version 2 paragraph 29.
The DOE is requested to clarify on how it validated the changes in the input values in relation to the previous submission, without raising any CAR in line with the VVS para 25(a) as a) the value for the Annual O&M expenses (INR 18.49 Lakh/MW) has been updated and the verification report (p29) still states that the value from the source is INR 15.65 Lakh/MW and b) there are changes in the source and value of the NG price: from 4.69 USD / MMBTU to USD 6.04 USD / MMBTU and LNG price from 12.38 USD/MMBtu to 9.77 USD/MMBtu.
