1: The DOE is requested to describe how each applicability condition of the methodology/ies is fulfilled by the project activity as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 76.
The DOE has not provided information on how it has validated that project scenario is comparable to Option 1(a) of the methodology instead of Option 1(f).
2: The DOE is requested to describe the steps taken to assess the equations applied to calculate the baseline/ project emissions, leakage and emission reductions as per the chosen methodology as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 92.
The validation report does not provide information on how the DOE assessed that project emissions, PE biomass, y "the Methane emissions from biomass stored under anaerobic conditions which would not have occurred in the baseline situation" will not occur in the proposed project activity. Please also refer to footnote 9 of AMS-III.H version 16.
