The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
In particular, the Validation Report should include information regarding how:
1. Savings arising from additional steam generated from the use of sludge in the boiler, if any, have been assessed and considered in the investment analysis.
2. Input parameters considered in scenario W1+H2, including e.g. investment costs and annual running costs, have been assessed.
