The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
1. The DOE is requested to clarify why MERC (Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission) tariff order dated 24/11/2003 has been used to validate input parameters such as O&M cost, D/E ratio and deration rate considering that the project activity is located in Tamilnadu state which has a specific tariff order issued by TNEB.
2. The DOE is requested to provide a breakdown of the actual project cost of all wind turbines validated from the purchase orders dated 08/01/2005 and other mandatory costs as mentioned in the validation report.
3. The DOE is requested to report the date of loan sanction letter issued by the bank.
