1: The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
In doing so the DOE shall provide : i) the details (project reference, project capacity, cost/WTG, percentage escalation on O&M costs ) and ii) the results of comparison of the similar projects activities used to crosscheck the proposed project activity.
2: The DOE is requested to provide information on how it has validated the suitability of the benchmark as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (b).
In doing so the DOE shall report if the provided average beta value (1.173) represents the unlevered beta (equity beta) or the levered beta.
