The PP/DOE are requested to list all the data and parameters to be monitored in line with applied methodology as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The applied methodology requires "Continuous measurement" of "Quantity of net electricity generation supplied by the project plant/unit to the grid". However, the PP in page 40 of the PDD, formula 2, states that the total electricity imported by the project activity will be calculated based on the electricity imported read by the main meter multiplied by the proportion of electricity exported by the project activity (instead of imported).
