Submission incomplete:
1: The PP/DOE are requested to explain in the PDD how the project activity qualifies as a small scale project activity as per PS version 1 paragraphs 81-89.
The PP have used the PDD form (F-CDM-PDD) for large scale project activity whereas the project activity is small scale. In doing so, the requirement of debundling for the small scale project activity is missing in section A.6. of the PDD as required by the Project Design Document form for Small-Scale CDM project activities (F-CDM-SSC-PDD).

2: The DOE is requested to indicate if the latest PDD template is used correctly as per VVS version 2 paragraphs 62-63.
The DOE is requested to explain how it has validated the use of latest version of the PDD form appropriate to the type of project activity given that the submitted PDD uses PDD form (F-CDM-PDD) for large scale project activity whereas the project activity is a small scale project activity.
