The PP/DOE are requested to list all the data and parameters to be monitored in line with applied methodology as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The DOE has validated that the monitoring plan complies with the methodology and noted that the LFG temperature and pressure are among the parameters that need to be monitored. However, the monitoring plan in the PDD does not include the measurement of the temperature and pressure of the LFG, which are required to calculate the density of methane, as per the monitoring methodology in AMS. III.G v6.
