Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE is requested to provide information on the steps taken to validate the actions taken to secure the CDM status between the project starting date and the start of validation as per EB 49 Annex 22 paragraph 8 b.
The DOE is requested to clarify the inconsistency in the dates of notification sent to the CDM EB given that the validation report, page 20 states that the notification has been sent on 09/09/2010 where as the PDD states 13/09/2010.

2: The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
In particular, the DOE is requested to clarify the suitability of the interest rate applied in the financial analysis considering the term loan sanction letter is dated 29/12/2010 which is after the starting date of the project activity.
