The DOE is requested to provide information on how it has validated the evidence provided for prior consideration of CDM as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 104(b).
Further information is required by the DOE on how it validated that the CDM benefits were considered necessary in the decision to undertake the project as the board minute submitted as appendix 1 states that "RESOLVED that the CDM revenues be sought for the project and CDM process should be initiated after commissioning of wind installations of Phase 1 and Phase 2”.
