1: The PP/DOE are requested to describe in detail the monitoring plan as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The PP shall report the “monitoring and recording frequency of net electricity supplied to the grid” in the PDD as per AMS I.D version 17. No such information is included in the PDD. AMS I.D ver. 17, p. 11, specifically sets the requirement for the monitoring of the net electricity supplied to the grid.as "Continuous monitoring, hourly measurement and at least monthly recording".
2: The DOE is requested to describe the steps undertaken to assess if the monitoring arrangements are feasible to be implemented within the project design as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 124(b).
The DOE shall provide a validation opinion on the compliance of the PDD with respect to the requirements on the monitoring and recording frequency of the "net electricity supplied to the grid” as per AMS I.D version 17.
