The DOE is requested to describe how it assessed the feasibility of the arrangements to monitor the electricity imported through the back up line.
2: The DOE is requested to report if it has applied standard auditing techniques for follow-up actions as per VVM v1.2, paragraphs 33 (b) and 62.
