The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
The DOE is requested to clarify the variation in IRR while applying actual values of input parameters given that IRR based on actual values of project investment cost, PLF and electricity tariff mentioned in validation report (page 40) is 10.09%; however, this is not reproducible from the financial calculation spreadsheet submitted by the DOE.
