Submission incomplete:
1: The PP/DOE are requested to list in the PDD all relevant assumptions used in the investment analysis and the results of the analysis as per PS version 1 paragraph 48 (a).
PP is requested to provide the IRR spreadsheet with the sensitivity analysis formulas presented in a traceable way. Although the spreadsheet provides the sensitivity analysis through macrod, it does not allow to access the formulas used. to variated each main imput parameter. In addition, the parameter Electricity revenues does not allow to variate the IRR result.

2: The PP/DOE are requested to explain in the PDD the methodological choices for the calculation of the baseline, project emissions, leakage and emission reductions as per PS version 1 paragraphs 50 and 51.
In partilcular for parameter EFEL,k,y: it is not clear how electricity consumption of the baseline sources are greater than the electricity consumption of the project;

3: The PP/DOE are requested to list and justify in the PDD the data and parameters used to calculate the emission reductions as per PS version 1 paragraphs 52 and 53.
The PP/DOE are requested to justify the use of parameters used to calculate the emission reductions as per PS versin 1 par. 52 and 53, in particular for the values of parameters: d and g used to calculate the Model correction factor to account for model uncertainties and EFgrid,CM,y (0.4 tCO2/MWh) in the context of the project activity.

4: The PP/DOE are requested to describe in detail in the PDD the calculation of ex-ante emission reductions, with the values available for validation and the equations used, as per PS version 1 paragraph 50.
Values used in the spreadsheet to calculate ex ante emission reductions regarding the decay rate (k) are not consistent with the reported in the PDD.

5: The PP/DOE are requested to list in the PDD all the data and parameters to be monitored as required by the applied methodology(ies) as per PS version 1 paragraph 55.
The PP/DOE are requested to justify why thermocouple type K is considered to measure Tflare(Temperature in the exhaust gas of the flare), given it is not predicted by the “Tool to determine project emission from flaring gases containing methane”, v.1. In addition, with respect to parameter TOP, please justify why the PDD only refers to flare temperature, while the tool refers to all data parameters required to monitor wether the flare operateswithing the range such as maximum, minimum flow rate.

6: The DOE is requested to verify the justification of the data used for the ex-ante emission reduction calculations as per VVS version 2 paragraphs 98, 99 (a) (b) (c) and 100.
In particular for values chosen for parameters EFel,j,y; factor d and g to determine the model correction factor for uncertainties Phi- (φ) in the context of the project activity.
