The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated sensitivity analysis of the investment analysis, as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 111 (e).
In doing so: i) please clarify whether the increase of 6.8% of the PLF will not be possible based on the historical meteorological data of 39 years and one year on-site wind measurements. ii) Secretariat has observed that if the PLF of the project activity increases 6.8%, it is still on the range of the PLF of other CDM projects registered in the same region, please justify distinctive differences between the PLF of the project activity and the PLF of other CDM projects registered in the same region and with higher value.
