The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
In particular, how it has validated (i) that the PP has adequately taken into account the avoided costs due to the decrease in the clinker production, as limestone, coal and electricity consumption and transportation costs of raw materials for clinker and (ii) the price of the grinding aids against third-party or publicly available sources, such as invoices or price indices, in accordance with paragraph 111 (b) of VVM version 01.2.
