Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE is requested to describe how it has assessed the option/ approach taken by the project participant to demonstrate additionality as per VVS version 09.0 paragraphs 110, 111, 195 and 196.
The validation report, page 35 states that "It is found that waste heat is used to produce electricity in many other metal industries in the country (like ferro chrome, ferro titanium) including the use of ORC technology. PP needs to clarify then how can the project activity be FOIK, along with credible evidences."
However, neither the PDD nor the validation report contain information on how the "other metal industries in the country" were excluded from the consideration of the different energy source to justify that the project is first of its kind in accordance with the methodological tool: “Additionality of first-of-its-kind project activities” v03.0

2: The DOE is requested to report details of all CARs, CLs and FARs as per VVS version 09.0 paragraphs 30 and 176 (b).
The DOE is requested to provide information on how it closed CAR 06, considering that neither the PDD nor the validation report contain information on the "many other metal industries in the country (like ferro chrome, ferro titanium) including the use of ORC technology" in the assessment of first of its kind.
