The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
In particular, the DOE is requested to explain how it validated (i) the suitability of the total investment considered in the FSR and (ii) the suitability of the applied tariff at the time of investment decision, given that the Notification of Improving the Electricity Tariff Powlicy for Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects was not available at the starting date of the project activity.
