1: The DOE is requested to describe the steps taken to assess the equations applied to calculate the baseline/ project emissions, leakage and emission reductions as per the chosen methodology as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 92.
The validation report has not provided information on how the DOE has validated the EFOM of the electricity imports in accordance with the “Tool to calculate the emission factor for an electricity system” version 2.2.1 page 4. Furthermore, the grid emission factor calculation has not been submitted.
2: The DOE is requested to provide information on how it has validated the evidence provided for prior consideration of CDM as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 104(b).
An inconsistency has been found. The PDD page 12 mentions that the PP informed the Lebanon DNA of prior CDM consideration on 06/10/2010, while the Validation Report page 17 mentions the notification to the DNA took place on 13/08/2010. Please clarify.
