Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE is requested to include description of the process taken to validate the accuracy and completeness of the project description in VR as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 64(a).
The DOE is requested to clarify:
a) how and at which point the VAM stream is enriched with low concentration CMM at the coal mines in the project scenario; and
b) whether the VAM and the low concentration CMM are combined in the pre-project scenario, and if so, how and at which point they are combined.

2: The DOE is requested to state if the PDD provides a clear description of the baseline scenario(s) which includes description of the technology and the activities that would take place in the absence of the project activity as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 86.
The DOE is requested to provide information on how it has validated the identification of the baseline for the low concentration CMM. Please note that in cases where CMM is combined with VAM, such as in this case, identification of baseline scenarios must be assessed separately for CMM and VAM.
