1: The DOE is requested to confirm the accuracy of the financial calculations carried out for the investment analysis as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (c).
In doing so the PP/DOE shall provide separate investment analysis for the two project components (wind farm and PV plant) considering that two FSRs were provided and the common practice analysis was demonstrated separately for the two project components.
2: The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
In doing so the DOE shall provide i) the source of the contract values (91.7% and 111.526 million RMB) used to crosscheck the investment cost for the wind farm and PV plant and ii) information on how the O&M cost components for solar (maintenance costs, welfare, Insurance for fixed assets, Material fees, and Miscellaneous fees) were validated.
