The PP/DOE shall confirm that the start date of the project activity, reported in the PDD, is in accordance with the Glossary of CDM terms
The DOE indicated that the project start date is 05 May 2011 which is the date when the Board of Enercon India Limited (EIL) took the decision to implement the project activity. Nevertheless, the DOE is requested to inform how the project start date is in line with the Glossary of CDM terms when, as indicated, no expenditure has been committed on that date. Also the DOE should provide a timeline with the major events related to the implementation of the project.
