Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE is requested to include information on the global stakeholder consultation as per VVS version 2 paragraphs 34-37 and PCP version 2 paragraph 13.
The DOE is requested to provide further information how the comments raised during the GSC have been addressed as Annex 6 of the verification report does not show any information while the report (p12) states that "the comments and the discussion of the same are documented in annex 6 of this report".

2: The DOE is requested to describe how it has assessed the application of the equations and parameters for the calculation of emission reductions as per VVS version 2 paragraphs 97 and 99 (d) (e).
The DOE is requested to provide a validation opinion on how it validated the calculation of the leakage which considers the leakage from LNG to be zero as per the applied methodology, as 1) the appendix 7(fuel availability) of the PDD (p 60) indicates both LNG and natural gas and 2) it is not clear whether the project activity will use just natural gas or natural gas coming from LNG .
