The DOE is requested to describe how it has assessed the application of the equations and parameters for the calculation of emission reductions as per VVS version 7 paragraphs 101.
The project activity recovers and utilizes biogas for power production, however the information on how the incremental emissions occurring due to the implementation of the project activity were considered is not provided (e.g. physical leakage of the anaerobic digester). The DOE is also requested to provide information on how it has validated and concluded the correctness of emission reduction calculation impacted by this incremental emissions, if any. Please refer to paragraph 35 of "General guidelines for SSC CDM methodologies" version 21 (i.e. EB 81, Annex 35).
