Submission incomplete:
The DOE is requested to state if all assumptions/ data/references used in the PDD for emission reduction calculations are in line with the methodology as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 92(a).
The DOE has stated in the validation report page 18 that it has checked the electricity generation from the "Electricity Report 2005 – 2007 published by the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand". However, it is not clear whether the publication also reports the electricity generation in Laos, given that the DOE has not reported how it crosschecked the electricity generation in Laos.
