Submission incomplete:
1: The PP/DOE are requested to present the sensitivity analysis of the investment analysis as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
Neither the results of the sensitivity analysis for financial variables that constitute more than 20% of the total project costs or total project revenues (such as the investment costs), nor the rationales on why sensitivity analysis on those variables are not required, has been presented in the PDD. Besides, the IRR calculation excel spreadsheet has not been provided.

2: The PP/DOE are requested to list the data and parameters used to calculate the emission reductions as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
Information related to transmission and distribution losses factor that is used for project emission calculations due to use of electricity imported from grid has not been provided in the PDD and validation report.

3: The PP/DOE are requested to list all the data and parameters to be monitored in line with applied methodology as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
a. The PDD in section B.7.1 does not specify if LFG flow is measured at normal conditions. Also information regarding monitoring of LFG temperature and pressure is not provided.
b. In section B.7.1 the PDD, 'Temperature of flare' is mentioned as monitoring parameter but description of measurement methods states that this parameter is ‘Measured periodically to determine the density of methane using a temperature sensor.’ The DOE has not provided it's validation opinion on the correlation between temperature of flare and density of methane.
c. The PP/DOE have not stated the reference for 120 degree C threshold that has been set for flare temperature to check flare operation.

4: The DOE is requested to provide information on how it has assessed the existence of the similar projects for common practice analysis as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 121 (b).
The PDD (p.15) states that there are projects similar to this project activity in various stages of development. However they all are being developed as CDM project activities. So far only one similar project in Thailand has been registered with the UNFCCC. However, Information to support the claim that there was only one similar project in Thailand that was operational at time of start date of project activity has not been provided in the PDD or validation report.
