The DOE is requested to describe how it has validated the suitability of the input values used in the financial calculations as per VVS version 7 paragraph 127 (a) & (b).
The DOE is requested to clarify how it has validated the accuracy of the financial calculations carried out for the investment analysis, in particular, to provide a validation opinion on how the input parameters listed in table 5 of the validation report (page 23 and 24/130) were assessed using available evidences and cross checked against third-party or publicly available sources, such as invoices or price indices, in line with paragraph 127 (a) & (b) of the VVS version 7.0.
