The DOE is requested to provide information on how it has validated the evidence provided for prior consideration of CDM as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 104(b).
There were two terminations of the CDM consultancy agreement. The second CDM consultancy contract was terminated 3 months after the agreement was signed. In addition, the PDD writer indicated in section B.8 of the PDD (Beijing Karbon Energy Consulting Co., Ltd.) is different from the third (final) CDM consultant (Changsha Ruishijie Company). One term sheet and one LoI were withdrawn. Considering these facts, the DOE is required to provide information regarding the CDM actions/deliverables of the validated evidence and how the authenticity of each of the mentioned evidences was validated, as required by EB62 Annex 13.
