The DOE is requested to describe the steps undertaken to assess if the monitoring arrangements are feasible to be implemented within the project design as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 124(b).
The PDD (p 32) states that "EGexport,other,y and EGimport,other,y of other phases projects can be calculated as the similar way. ". However, the Validation Report and PDD have not reported how the values of the parameters EGexport,other,y and EGimport,other,y will be monitored/obtained.
