The DOE is requested to state whether the data and parameters are conservative and appropriate if they are fixed ex-ante (not need to monitor) during the project activity crediting period as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 91.
Given the inconsistency of the amount of waste energy per unit of product generated by the process in the semi-coke plant (qwcm,product) between the validation report (445 Nm3/t,page 37) and PDD (750 Nm3/t, page 34). Please provide (i) the waste gas balance of the semi-coke production plant; (ii) the energy balance of the waste gas power plant, including the waste gas consumption level, annual operation hours, NCV of the waste gas, equipment efficiency and power factors.
