Submission incomplete:
1: The PP/DOE are requested to list all the data and parameters to be monitored in line with applied methodology as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
Section B.7.1 of the PDD (Data and parameters monitored) does not contain the following monitoring parameters, which are to be monitored according to the applied monitoring methodology: i) EFBR,n,y - CH4 emission factor for uncontrolled burning of the biomass residue; and ii) EFCH4, BR - CH4 emission factor for the combustion of the biomass residue in the project plant.

2: The DOE is requested to describe the steps undertaken to assess if the monitoring arrangements are feasible to be implemented within the project design as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 124(b).
In section 3.5.3 of the validation report, the DOE validated that the following parameters will be monitored: i) EFBR,n,y - CH4 emission factor for uncontrolled burning of the biomass residue; and ii) EFCH4, BR - CH4 emission factor for the combustion of the biomass residue in the project plant. However, they are not listed in section B.7.1 of the PDD.
