As per the PDD, the value for parameter Conversion factor to convert Nm³ CH4 into tCH4 is taken from version 2 of ACM0001. However, this version of ACM0001 is not valid anymore. Refer to paragraph 112(a) of VVS-PA.

The DOE is requested to explain how the local stakeholder consultation (LSC) has been carried out as per paragraph 107 of the PS-PA considering that LSC took place on 18 June 2019 while the project start date is 7 September 2018. In doing so, the DOE is also requested to determine whether there are applicable host Party rules on local stakeholder consultation. Refer to paragraphs 130-132 of VVS-PA.
