The PP/DOE are requested to describe in the PDD the procedure taken to demonstrate additionality of the project activity as per PS version 09.0 paragraphs 49-52 and 111.
It has been observed that the emission reductions from the fuel switch (i.e. coal to natural gas) has been claimed, whereas the additionality of the fuel switch has not been demonstrated in the PDD. The PP/DOE is requested to provide the information on how it has demonstrated/validated the additionality of fuel switch as per paragraphs 26 and 27 of the applied methodology, i.e. AM0107 version 4.
