Submission incomplete:
The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
In particular, the DOE shall clarify how it has validated the following components of the O&M costs for each SHP:
a) O&M based on "Proposal for Alston Criuva Palanquinho": i) which costs are included under this cost, and ii) what nature and relevance to the project activity the reference used has;
b) TUSD: i) what it stands for, and ii) if the rate is R$/kW/months rather than R$/kW;
c) Inspection fee: 0.5%: 0.5% of which cost it is;
d) ENVIRONMENT: i) what this cost is related to, and ii) what nature and relevance to the project activity the reference used has; and
e) OTHER OPERATIONAL EXPENSES: i) what this cost includes, and ii) what nature and relevance to the project activity the reference used has.

In doing so, please also include information on how the DOE has validated the suitability of each value applied.
