The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
The DOE is required to further substantiate the following input values to the investment analysis in accordance with the VVM version 01.2 paragraph 111a, b and c: (a) the gas outage of 21 days, as there is no detail explanation regarding the suitability of the gas outage to the project activity, and how it has been crosschecked; (b) the suitability of overheads & administration cost compared with project activity 6006 considering the capacity of the project is not similar; (c) the water cost; (d) the power generation from DG sets calculated based on capacity of 5.6 MW and TR generation from Electrical chillers calculated based on capacity of 1984 TR, considering the capacity of the DG set is only 4000 kVA and the capacity of the electrical chiller is only 750 TR; (e) the estimated gross generation from CCHP in the IRR spreadsheet sheet "IRR(DLF)" line 58 which considers a discount factor of 0.2 and 0.1 for year 1 and year 2 respectively.
