The DOE is requested to include description of the process taken to validate the accuracy and completeness of the project description in VR as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 64(a).
1.The DOE is requested to further report on how exactly the distribution of the elelectricity generated by the project activity is carried out considering that the information given in the PDD (Page 9) and VR (Page 99) is not clear.For example PDD mentions four substations (Banos IV, Animón, San José and Shelby) and the VR mentions only one (Animón).
1.2 The DOE is requested to further report whether the electricity is delivered to the Volcan mining facility initially and then to the grid or vice versa.The DOE may incorporate a line diagram for better clarity.In doing so please refer to paragraph 2 (Table 2) of A.M.S I-D version 17.
In doing so, please incorporate the changes in the PDD
1.3 The DOE is requested to further report and confirm the exact capacity of the project activity considering that the PDD (Page 3) mentions 9.35 MW ,Investment analysis spreadsheet mentions 9.2 MW (PDD Page 11) and the VR mentions 9.18 MW (Page 99).Please amend the related documents with the correct capacity of the project activity.
