The DOE is requested to describe the steps taken to assess the equations applied to calculate the baseline/ project emissions, leakage and emission reductions as per the chosen methodology as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 92.
Issue: The validation report has not provided information on how the DOE has validated the EFOM of the electricity imports in accordance with the “Tool to calculate the emission factor for an electricity system” version 2.2.1 page 4. Furthermore, the grid emission factor calculation has not been submitted.
