1: The PP/DOE are requested to list all the data and parameters to be monitored in line with applied methodology as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The monitoring parameter "TDLy" is not included in the monitoring plan.

2: The DOE is requested to describe how the data/parameters used in the equations were verified as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 93.
The validation report does not indicate how the waste composition and the quantity of electricity consumed by the project electricity consumption used for ex-ante estimation of emission reductions have been validated. In addition, more information is required in how the DOE validated the amount of landfill waste (historical and projected) sourced as "Kuroiwa Study" and the climatic conditions influencing the decay rate (Kj).

3: The DOE is requested to provide information on how the distinctive differences between the project activity and the similar projects identified in the selected scope are justified as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 121 (c).
More information is required on how DOE confirmed the distinctive differences between the project activity and the similar projects identified in the selected scope (i.e. that the final number of landfills using different technologies (Ndiff) is 7 as per assessment of Step 3 of the Guidelines on Common Practice).
