Submission incomplete:
The DOE is requested to state whether the data and parameters are conservative and appropriate if they are fixed ex-ante (not need to monitor) during the project activity crediting period as per VVM v1.2 paragraph 91.
DOE shall provide their opinion on the conservativeness and appropriateness of the following parameters set ex-ante -
1. Annual methane conversion factor for the baseline animal waste management system - How is it ensured that there is no available country specific information on this, which shall be used in case it is available.
2. Maximum methane producing potential - Has the DOE ensured that the conditions discussed in the methodology are met which allows the use of IPCC default value.
3. Volatile solids for livestock - How is it ensured that, as per methodology, there are no significant differences between country specific information and IPCC values
