The DOE is requested to include further information on the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraphs 110 and 114 (a), in particular:

(a) the net electricity generation and the source of evidence used to confirm the suitability of the PLF applied;

(b) the electricity tariff, considering that it is not explained what is the difference between the "Wholesale tariff" and "FT tariff". The DOE shall provide the evidences used to confirm the suitability of this input value, considering that the document [15] is not dated and document [13] refers to an MoU with South Pole;

c) the "PEA operating cost" of 2% applied in the investment analysis.

The DOE is requested to provide further information on the benchmark as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (b), in particular:

a) the use of the "resource industry group" to calculate the Beta, considering that mining companies seem to be included in this group, as per information provided on: http://www.set.or.th/en/products/index/setindex_p2.html

b) the D/E ratio, in light of the same issue as above (i.e. mining companies included in the selected group of companies)
