1: The PP/DOE are requested to describe that CDM was seriously considered in the decision to proceed with the project activity as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The PP shall describe the prior consideration of CDM in implementing the project activity.
2: The PP/DOE are requested to describe the continuing and real actions taken to achieve CDM status for the project activity as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The PP shall provide information on the continuing and real actions taken to achieve CDM status for the project activity, including the exact dates for the actions.
3: The PP/DOE are requested to describe in detail the calculation of ex-ante emission reductions ( with actual data and equations) as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).

4: The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
The DOE shall provide information on how it has validated the key input values used in the investment comparison analysis and provide the references for the following input values:
(i) Land cost,
(ii) Engineering, procurement and construction cost
(iii) Labour cost
(iv) Operation and maintenance cost
(v) Administration cost
(vi) Fuel cost
(vii) Electricity consumption
(viii) Capital cost and interest
(ix) Revenue from electricity and/or heat sales
(x) All other costs of implementing the technology of the each alternative option
(xi) Public funding
5: The DOE is requested to provide information on how it has assessed the existence of the similar projects for common practice analysis as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 121 (b).
The DOE shall explain how the existence of similar projects has been assessed.
6: The DOE is requested to provide information on how the distinctive differences between the project activity and the similar projects identified in the selected scope are justified as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 121 (c).
DOE shall explain how they have identified differences between the project activity and similar projects identified for comparison.
