The DOE is requested to provide information on the steps taken to validate the actions taken to secure the CDM status between the project starting date and the start of validation as per EB 49 Annex 22 paragraph 8b (EB 62 Annex 13 paragraph 8b).
- The 'continuing and real actions' after the project start date presented on page 19 of the validation report were not actions undertaken by the project participant.
- The date of the power of attorney for VNEEC was not consistently reported.
