Submission incomplete:
1: The PP/DOE are requested to list and justify in the PDD the data and parameters used to calculate the emission reductions as per PS version 1 paragraphs 52 and 53.
The DOE is required to further substantiate how it validated the leakage as an ex-ante value stated in the PDD (p 41) considering that the calculation of leakage requires the monitoring of a certain parameters such as EGy and FCy.
2: The PP/DOE are requested to list in the PDD all the data and parameters to be monitored as required by the applied methodology(ies) as per PS version 1 paragraph 55.
The DOE is required to further substantiate how it validated that the monitoring plan was in line with the applied methodology considering that the parameter EFBL, CO2,y, required for in the calculation of the baseline emission as per the methodology is not included in the monitoring plan of the PDD
