1: The DOE is requested to describe how each applicability condition of the methodology/ies is fulfilled by the project activity as per VVS version 2 paragraphs 76 and 77.
The DOE has not described how the Environmental Impact Assessment was relevant to demonstrate that the applicability conditions were met; in particular the condition d), which states that the methodology is only applicable if the implementation of the project activity "do not reduce the amount of organic waste that would be recycled in the absence of the project activity"

2: The DOE is requested to describe how it has validated the steps taken to assess the identification of the baseline scenario of the project activity as per VVS version 2 paragraphs 91-95.
The DOE stated that baseline alternatives LFG3, LFG4 and LFG5 were eliminated based on the Environmental Impact Assessment but did not describe the steps taken to assess these alternatives.

3: The DOE is requested to describe the steps taken to crosscheck the information given in the PDD as per VVS version 2 paragraphs 104 and 161.
The DOE has not presented the source and means of cross-checking of the input values used for the investment analysis.
