Page 57 of the validation report mentions that the starting date has been set on 2017-12-15 in the PDD version 1.0 and evidenced based on lending agreement and building permit. However, page 15 of the validation report states a different start date of the project activity as 24/04/2018, and no CAR/CL was raised on this issue during the validation process. The DOE shall specify how it has validated the start date of the project activity in accordance with the CDM Glossary of Terms and provide information on what evidence has been checked, including the aforementioned lending agreement and any commitment to making expenditures for construction and equipment of the project activity (e.g. contract etc.).
