The PP/DOE are requested to list all the data and parameters to be monitored in line with applied methodology as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The monitoring plan does not list paramters such as the electricity exported and imported by the non project WEGs used in the formula 1 (page 38 of the PDD), which define the electricity exported by the project activity to the grid as per the applied methodology.
