Submission incomplete:
1: The PP/DOE are requested to indicate the project starting date in the PDD as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The project start date mentioned in the section B.5 (18/12/2006) differs from the section C.1.1 (08/12/2006). The DOE/PP is requested to rectify the inconsistency related to the project start date mentioned under section B.5 and section C.1.1 in the PDD.
2: The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a).
In particular :
1) The depreciation rate; in addition the DOE is requested to provide explanation on why the residual value was not included in the investment analysis.
2) Income tax rate; the reported value for income tax rate of 15% in PDD ( page 17) and validation report ( page 32) is inconsistent with that of 25% in Validation report ( page 39).
